What is the origin of the scars?
Scars can be of different kinds. They can follow surgery or more classically an everyday accident, but in any case, they will remain on our epidermis for life, fading more or less depending on the type of skin or its location. When a wound does not heal properly, an overproduction or lack of collagen can alter the appearance of the scar. The color, shape and elasticity of the scar can change, giving way to a more or less discreet scar and in extreme cases, give way to so-called keloid or hypertrophic scars.
